All products are handmade with the finest quality Czech rhinestones, gemstones and made to order, hence cannot be returned. All purchases are final.

Pasha is not responsible for and will not provide replacements or refunds for orders of incorrect size or color.

The following return policy applies solely to damaged or defective items. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. In this case, we will investigate the problem and if it is determined that the product is damaged or defective, we will process your product for a refund or replacement.

In order to return an item, you need to make sure all products are complete and unused, in their original box, and must include all packing material & accessories. In case any of these are damaged, your return/exchange will not be accepted. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Our Invoice Number must be clearly referred on each and every document as well as on the outer carton in which the manufacture’s package is packed. Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product / packages.

No merchandise can be returned or exchanged that has been in contact with water due to any reason. Merchandise on sale or purchased using promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.

All customers are responsible for providing a correct address and all shipping costs (sending and returning). Customers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, sales tax, and duties that may apply. Pasha is not responsible for delays due to customs. Exceptions will be made upon certain situations.

In case merchandise returned due to damaged product, customer will get the merchandise back free of shipping cost.

Return address will be advised on each individual return.

Please note that any refunds are at Pasha’s complete discretion.

Notification for UK/EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

  • Therefore, Pasha reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

    This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
